At Sea of Trees Japan, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
Certain products, such as custom-made or final sale items, are not eligible for returns.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@seaoftreesjapan.net with your order details. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
